The BURGENER Weightlifting Course
BURGENER Strength Training Camp/Level 2
The BURGENER Weightlifting Course
- Box location should be less than 1 hour drive from the local/nearest airport
- 2,500 square feet of open floor space (Must be able to drop barbells)
- 1 barbell every 3 participant (20Kg men, and 15Kg women) – total minimum of 10 barbells (minimum 7 men’s and 3 women’s barbell)
- 1 Squat rack/every 4 attendees
- 1 complete set of bumpers for each barbell (2x25kg, 2x20kg, 2x15kg, 2x10kg, 2x5kg. Pound plates are acceptable)
- 30x PVC pipe
- At least 1 (4×8) dry erase board
- 1 TV (minimum 36in) or 1 projector with large projection screen/whiteboard
- Wifi access
- 1 Bathroom
- Name Tags
- Sidewalk/writing chalk (1 stick for every 2 participants)
- Chairs or suitable classroom setting for lecture presentations
- Minimum 10 attendees and a maximum of 30
BURGENER Strength Training Camp/Level 2

- 1 barbell every 2 participant (20Kg men, and 15Kg women) – total minimum of 10 barbells (minimum 7 men’s and 3 women’s barbell)
- 1 barbell and squat rack/every 2 attendees (Min. 2 women’s & 4 men’s barbell)
- 1 complete set of bumpers for each barbell (2x25kg, 2x20kg, 2x15kg, 2x10kg, 2x5kg. Pound plates are acceptable)
- At least 1 GHD
- At least 1 set of lifting/jerk blocks
- 30x PVC pipe
- 1 measuring tapes
- At least one 4×8 dry erase board
- 1 TV (minimum 36in) or 1 projector with large projection screen/whiteboard
- Wifi access
- 1 Bathroom
- Name Tags
- Sidewalk/writing chalk (1 stick for every 2 participants)
- Chairs or suitable classroom setting for lecture presentations
- Minimum 10 attendees and a maximum of 30
